Use Shared Mode offline (MHMS)

Meta Shared Mode currently requires users to connect to wi-fi (if the device is not already connected) in order to start a session. With this update, we will be turning on Meta's "Offline Mode" by default to allow sessions to start regardless of wi-fi connection.

If you want to enforce the wi-fi requirement, you can turn OFF Offline Mode on your configuration.
