Set stationary boundary by default (Meta Shared Mode)

You can now skip guardian setup during the Shared Mode Session Intro by toggling OFF "Set up Boundary" Configuration > Device Experience > Meta > Session Intro Steps. When OFF, devices will use and automatically set up a stationary boundary.
