Pin protect more native settings (MHMS)

Meta's Shared Mode allows users to access native settings that some deployments may not wish to grant access to. With this update, we are supporting pin protecting more native settings behind your configured Admin Pin. This includes:

Wi-Fi (already supported if you disable the Wi-Fi setting in your Home Screen settings toolbar)
Boundary (already supported if you disable the Wi-Fi setting in your Home Screen settings toolbar)
USB Debugging
Time
Software Update
Travel Mode
Virtual Keyboard
