Turn off passcode and set inactivity timeout (Meta Shared Mode)

Devices enrolled in ManageXR through MHMS that use Shared Mode follow Meta's "sessions" paradigm to keep track of who is in-headset. With this update, admins will be able to:

Turn off session passcodes
Set the session inactivity timeout (15 min - 1 hour). After the timeout period, if a user puts on the headset, they will see a prompt that allows them to continue the previous session or start a new one. Behavior varies by firmware version - See our Help Doc!
