Disable mac randomization on Meta

Meta devices use MAC address randomization to enhance privacy when connecting to Wi-Fi. However, this poses challenges for educational and enterprise networks that rely on static MAC addresses for content filtering, device identification, or RADIUS authentication. To ensure proper network access and security, administrators must be able to disable MAC randomization on managed networks.
