More Managed Settings on Pico Devices

We're continuing to lead the charge in giving you control over device settings. With this update, you'll be able to customize three more settings on Pico devices:

Eye Tracking FPS (frames per second)
Eye Tracking capabilities track the eye gaze position and optimize rendering performance accordingly.
Screen Off Delay
The time after a headset is taken off before the screen goes black / the display turns off.
Sleep Delay
The time after a headset is taken off before it goes to sleep.
Tip: A device that is asleep will take longer to start back up than a device that only has its screen off!
