Content download UX upgrade in-headset

You've always seen download progress for apps in-headset, but now you can also see the estimated time remaining. Viewing time remaining helps give users a sense of how long they'll need to wait. The estimated time can change depending on network conditions. 

Changes:

• When an app or video starts downloading, view both time remaining in addition to % progress towards completion

• If a download fails, manually resume the update in-headset immediately:
