Captive Portal WiFi Support

A Captive Portal WiFi network is typically an Open network that then requires you to log in via a web browser once you’re connected to it. For example, when you go to Starbucks or the airport and connect to their public network, a little pop-up webpage appears and you have to click “accept” before you can use the internet.

With this update, the Home Screen will natively support these types of networks. If you attempt to connect to one of these networks, the Home Screen will automatically open a web browser so users can easily connect to these networks.

This initial release will support Oculus devices and Captive Portal Support for Pico devices is slated to release in Q2 2022.
